Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in developing applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, and Redux (Mandatory skill).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and workflows.
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
• Familiar with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, enabling the development of complex layouts and styles.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack and Node.js.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest is advantageous.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed.
• Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes to improve performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and learn from code reviews by yourself.
