Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with DAX and Power Query (Mandatory skill), crucial for developing complex data models and custom calculations.
• Proficiency in ETL Processes (Mandatory skill), essential for transforming and loading data from various sources into a cohesive data model.
• Proven experience in SQL, enabling efficient querying and management of data within relational databases.
• Technical competence in dashboard design, focused on creating intuitive and visually compelling data visualizations.
• Knowledge of Azure services, facilitating efficient cloud-based data processing and integration.
• Familiarity with Git for version control, ensuring a collaborative and efficient development environment.
• Experience with data warehousing and dimensional modeling, necessary for structuring robust and scalable data solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, crucial for effectively identifying and resolving data-related challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards, providing valuable insights and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data solutions.
• Implement and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation from diverse data sources.
• Optimize and enhance existing Power BI solutions, focusing on performance improvements and user experience enhancements.
• Continuously explore emerging Power BI features and industry trends to enhance reporting capabilities and adopt best practices.
• Manage and maintain data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability of data used within Power BI solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to address data-related queries and ensure timely delivery of reports and insights.
