Job Overview: As a Performance Test Lead, you will hold an executive position in our Hyderabad office with a flexible hybrid work environment. This full-time role requires expertise in performance testing tools and techniques, ensuring optimal application performance, scalability, and reliability across various platforms.

• Qualifications and Skills: Extensive experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Cloud Performance Testing (Mandatory skill) to perform robust performance evaluations.
• Proficiency in Gatling to simulate various user conditions and measure system behavior under load.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Center to accurately plan, execute, and analyze performance tests.
• Knowledge of New Relic and Dynatrace for effective performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of applications.
• Deep understanding of integrating performance testing into CI/CD Pipelines to ensure timely and automated testing processes.
• Ability to analyze performance test results and provide insights and recommendations to improve systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and the importance of performance testing within it.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with development, quality, and business teams.

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead the performance testing activities including planning, execution, and reporting across various projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain test scripts and scenarios that accurately measure system performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure that performance criteria are evaluated against software requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor application performance post-deployment to ensure stability and reliability under load.
• Mentor and guide junior performance testers to uplift the overall testing competency within the organization.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance testing to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing clear insights into performance issues and solutions.
