Job Overview

The Performance Test Lead position is a senior-level role located in Hyderabad. This role involves leading performance testing efforts to ensure the stability and scalability of software applications. The Performance Test Lead will work on implementing testing strategies, utilizing performance testing tools, and collaborating with development teams to optimize applications' performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Load Runner (Mandatory skill) to design and execute load tests, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
• Experienced in JMeter (Mandatory skill) to assess application performance under varied conditions and loads.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server (Mandatory skill) to create queries and manage databases for performance testing tasks.
• Strong background in Java programming for developing performance test scripts and ensuring test coverage.
• Proficiency in Python scripting to automate performance testing tasks and streamline testing processes.
• Experience with Linux environments for deploying and managing performance test configurations effectively.
• Understanding of Application Server management to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
• Knowledgeable in using Jprofiler to monitor application performance, memory usage, and pinpoint performance issues.
