Role: MLOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior MLOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying, managing, and optimizing machine learning models at scale, with expert knowledge in cloud computing, containerization, and other essential DevOps practices. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems, and possesses advanced AWS Sage Maker, Google Vertex AI, and automation scripting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines using AWS Sage Maker and Google Vertex AI to automate and scale machine learning model deployment, testing, and monitoring.

Work closely with data scientists and AI researchers to operationalize machine learning models seamlessly into production.

Manage the lifecycle of machine learning models including version control, data validation, and model retraining strategies.

Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure consistent environments and scalable deployments.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning systems to facilitate rapid and reliable model deployment.

Develop automation scripts to enhance the efficiency of MLOps workflows.

Develop monitoring solutions to track model performance and resource utilization, ensuring optimal operation.

Implement best practices in security, scalability, and efficiency across all MLOps activities.

Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in machine learning, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.

Employ strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges methodically and effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

6-8 years of experience in a role focusing on MLOPS, DevOps, or machine learning engineering.

Extensive experience with AWS Sage Maker and Google Vertex AI platforms.

Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding of machine learning workflow and algorithms.

Proficient in scripting languages like Python and Linux shell scripting for automation purposes.

Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other container management solutions.

Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including managed services for machine learning.

Proven track record in implementing CI/CD pipelines in a machine-learning context.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
