Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Kotlin Developer to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Bangalore or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The role requires a strong foundation in Kotlin Programming, Java, and the Java Virtual Machine (JVM), among other skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in Kotlin Programming (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in Java with a solid understanding of the language (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of Java Virtual Machine (JVM) (Mandatory skill)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and how to effectively implement them in projects
• Experience with MVVM Architecture and its practical applications in software development
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies
• Proficiency in SQL and database management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Kotlin and Java
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Writing efficient, reusable, and reliable code to optimize application performance
• Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs
• Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Staying up-to-date with new technology trends, tools, and frameworks related to Kotlin and Java
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers when necessary
