Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect for our headquarters in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, hybrid position at the executive level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The role requires extensive expertise in designing, creating, and maintaining complex software architectures and leading technical teams in an agile environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of at least 10 years in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Microservices architecture (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring Boot (Mandatory skill) for creating stand-alone, production-grade applications.
• Must have understanding and experience with Cloud databases to efficiently manage and scale modern applications.
• Skilled in using Docker to containerize applications, ensuring seamless deployment and operation across various environments.
• Experienced in Kubernetes for automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud for designing secure, scalable, and efficient cloud-based applications and infrastructures.
• Familiarity with Messaging brokers to enhance asynchronous communication in distributed systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead architecture planning and design of complex software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features effectively and promptly.
• Review and optimize system and software architecture to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Guide, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee project execution and technical deliverables to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Integrate the latest technologies and tools to continuously improve development processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and resolve any technical challenges throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure the security and privacy of applications and data through effective architecture and design strategies.
