Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior- Information Technology Recruiter to join our team in Coimbatore on a full-time basis. This junior-level position requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in recruitment strategies and be adept at sourcing and acquiring top IT talent to fulfill the company's growing staffing needs. This is a pivotal role aimed at enhancing our workforce with skilled and talented individuals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong ability to identify and attract qualified candidates efficiently. (Mandatory skill)
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage candidate expectations and offer processes. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong assessment capabilities to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit within the organization.
- Proficiency in employer branding techniques to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Experience in onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition and integration of new employees.
- Ability to manage and maintain an organized recruiting and applicant tracking system.
- Proficiency in Excel for maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Except Computer Science background ( UG/ PG ) is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough job analyses to understand staffing needs and candidate requirements for various roles.
- Sourcing the profiles from Naukri, Linkedin, etc.,
- Creating the Job post.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to identify prospects who best align with the desired qualifications.
- Build strong relationships with candidates by understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with available opportunities.
- Manage offer negotiations, ensuring positions are filled promptly and candidates experience a positive recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their department needs and improve the recruitment process.
- Maintain and manage the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a preferred workplace.
