Job Title: HR Coordinator( 4 + Years )

Work Mode: Remote

Job Type: Full Time

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and other HR functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and employee queries.
  • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize training programs and maintain training records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
