Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven 4-6 years of experience in human resources with a focus on analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to interpret HR metrics and drive insights. Prior experience with data analysis is crucial (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in using HRIS Systems to manage employee data and streamline HR processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI to create comprehensive HR dashboards and reports (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances and facilitating communication.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits to analyze and evaluate competitive benefits packages.
  • Experience in performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for managing and analyzing large datasets.
