We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Analyst to join our team at Chiselon Technologies Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, offering expertise in human resources analytics and support to our rapidly growing team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven 4-6 years of experience in human resources with a focus on analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis to interpret HR metrics and drive insights. Prior experience with data analysis is crucial (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in using HRIS Systems to manage employee data and streamline HR processes (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI to create comprehensive HR dashboards and reports (Mandatory skill).
- Strong understanding of HR policies and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Ability to maintain positive employee relations by addressing grievances and facilitating communication.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits to analyze and evaluate competitive benefits packages.
- Experience in performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
- Advanced skills in Excel for managing and analyzing large datasets.
