Job Overview

We are seeking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with a strong background in software development. This full-time and hybrid role is based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of work experience in the field and will be responsible for developing and managing large-scale applications. The role demands a high level of expertise in Java, along with a solid understanding of Docker and Spring Technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Java (Mandatory skill) with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable applications.
• Deep understanding of Docker (Mandatory skill) for creating, managing, and deploying applications in a consistent environment.
• Experienced with Spring Technologies (Mandatory skill) including Spring Boot and Spring MVC for building robust applications.
• Strong knowledge in SQL databases for designing schemas and writing complex queries.
• Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end services.
• Proficient in Node.js for building server-side logic and ensuring high performance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automating test and deployment processes to enhance development efficiency.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture to effectively decompose applications into autonomous services targeting specific business functions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications by actively participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that align with the company's vision and market demands.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization strategies.
• Implement robust and scalable back-end services and APIs using Java, Docker, and Spring Technologies.
• Create intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems to improve application performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the software development industry and apply them as necessary.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
