Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Python is mandatory, as it forms the basis for most of our data science projects. (Mandatory skill)
• In-depth knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) to drive results in text-based applications. (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in Machine Learning, including model development and deployment in a business context. (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with PyTorch for building and optimizing deep learning models efficiently.
• Ability to implement Bayesian Methods for probabilistic data analysis and insights.
• Strong understanding of Pyro and PyMC for probabilistic programming and statistical modeling.
• Proficient in Statistics, applying statistical analysis for data interpretation and decision-making.
• Solid problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting quantitative data to extract actionable insights.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to drive insights and forecast trends that support business decisions.
• Develop and implement robust machine learning models to improve product features and performance.
• Employ NLP techniques to process and analyze large volumes of unstructured text data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business operations.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing data models and algorithms.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on data science best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency in projects by rigorously validating datasets and processes.
• Document processes and findings, communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
