Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Billing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience and should be at a mid-level position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in revenue assurance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with VLOOKUP functions in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes (Mandatory skill)
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite financial management software (Mandatory skill)
• Strong financial analysis skills to evaluate financial data and identify trends or anomalies
• Proven experience in billing systems management to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, providing guidance, support, and performance management
• Experience in budgeting to plan and allocate resources effectively
• Proficiency in account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial records

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring timely and accurate billing activities
• Implement and monitor revenue assurance controls to detect and prevent revenue leakage
• Utilize VLOOKUP for data validation and to maintain accurate billing records
• Manage and optimize billing systems, integrating new functionalities as needed
• Lead and mentor the billing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Analyze financial data to forecast billing trends and provide actionable insights to the management team
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals and constraints
• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with company policies
