Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Claat Corporate Advisors LLP. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Confident and persuasive communicator
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer queries
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Good time management and organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services
• Explain our services, answer questions, and address concerns
• Identify and generate leads through telecalling activities
• Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up with them regularly
• Achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the business
