Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Specialist to join our mid-level team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time position requires someone with a solid sales background and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage customers and drive sales. Ideal candidates should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales negotiation, with an ability to close deals effectively and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) techniques to maintain and enhance client relationships.
- Experience with point of sale (POS) systems to manage transactions smoothly and accurately.
- Extensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
- Strong inventory management skills to ensure proper handling and storage of luxury goods.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising strategies to maximize sales and maintain showroom aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse clientele and team members professionally.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer concerns swiftly and satisfactorily.
