Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Made To Measure Apparel Showroom Manager to join our team at C. Krishniah Chetty & Co. This is a full-time, senior-level position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of experience in the industry. You will be pivotal in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing showroom operations efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management with a strong focus on building lasting client connections through personalized services and exceptional communication.
- Expertise in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets effectively.
- Proven ability in team leadership to lead and motivate showroom staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Strong skills in training and development to mentor team members, enhancing their product knowledge and customer service abilities.
- Competence in data analysis to make informed business decisions by interpreting sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Visual Merchandising (Mandatory skill) to create and maintain visually appealing displays that attract and engage customers.
- Inventory Management (Mandatory skill) for effectively managing stock levels, ensuring availability of products, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Point of Sale (POS) Systems (Mandatory skill) to efficiently manage transactions, process sales, and track customer orders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience from entry to exit.
- Lead the sales team in achieving individual and collective showroom sales goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans to attract new clientele and retain existing customers.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising to create an engaging and luxurious shopping environment.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and tailor-made apparel solutions.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment, and manage inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Train and mentor team members continuously, focusing on enhancing their product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Utilize data analysis to assess sales performance, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions to optimize showroom operations.
