Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and dependable Housekeeper for our Bangalore Urban location. This is a full-time, junior-level position. Candidates should possess between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The right candidate will help maintain the high standards and luxury environment our customers expect.

Qualifications and Skills

• Cleaning (Mandatory skill): Capable of efficiently cleaning and maintaining a luxurious environment.
• Problem-solving (Mandatory skill): Ability to quickly resolve housekeeping issues and improve service.
• Customer service (Mandatory skill): Exceptional ability to cater to customers' needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Organization: Proven aptitude for maintaining a tidy and systematic workspace daily.
• Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail in cleaning and presentation to maintain high standards.
• Time management: Efficient planning and execution of tasks to meet daily expectations and deadlines.
• Physical stamina: Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills with colleagues and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, including showrooms and restrooms.
• Ensure that the presentation of the store reflects the luxury standards of C. Krishniah Chetty & Co.
• Handle customer inquiries and requests politely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety protocols, while on duty.
• Identify and report defects or repairs needed for any equipment or furniture.
• Provide support for special cleaning projects and events as necessary.

Timing : 10:30AM to 8:00PM

No week off on Saturday & Sunday : Can take week off Monday to Friday one day
