Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Diamond Merchandizer to join our dynamic team at C. Krishniah Chetty & Co. The position is based in Bangalore Urban and requires a full-time commitment. The ideal candidate should possess a work experience of 4 to 6 years in the field, with an exceptional understanding of diamond merchandising and supply chain strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in inventory control to efficiently manage stock levels and reduce variances.
• Expertise in market trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats in the diamond industry.
• Proficiency in vendor management to establish and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Attention to quality assurance, ensuring that all products meet the company's high standards.
• Knowledge in retail analytics for driving sales performance and customer engagement.
• Competence in sales forecasting to predict future sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Supply Chain Management (Mandatory skill) to streamline operations and optimize resource flow.
• Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to secure favorable terms with vendors and partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement and movement of diamond inventory in alignment with sales targets.
• Analyze sales patterns and adjust merchandising strategies to maximize profitability.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and terms.
• Ensure all diamonds and jewelry products meet quality standards through rigorous inspection.
• Monitor market trends to provide insights for product development and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align merchandising strategies with retail goals.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports on merchandising performance and suggest improvements.

Experience : 3+ years

Office timing : 10:15 AM to 7:15PM :6 days working. Sunday Holiday
