Job Overview

We are seeking a Brand Host/ Front Office executives to join our team at C. Krishniah Chetty & Co. As a Brand Host/ Front Office executives, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry. This is a mid-level position requiring 2+ years of experience . The job is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

A Hosts duties primarily focus on ensuring the guests have a positive experience as soon as they enter the Flagship Showroom. Host duties and responsibilities include:

Greeting customers as they walk into the Showroom

Helping Customers to go the right counters.

Strong interpersonal, Presentation and communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Sales-oriented mindset and ability to meet targets

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customers and their choices

Ability to work well in a team

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry

Maintain a high level of customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products

Providing daily reports of customers.

Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Education : Any Graduate.

Experience : 2+ years

Office timing : 10:45 AM to 8:15PM :6 days working. No week offs on Saturday and Sunday. Week off can be any other week day.
