About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Ariba Upstream, including Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP). This position will involve working on SAP Ariba Upstream Implementation Projects, ensuring successful delivery of projects, and providing technical support and guidance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement SAP Ariba Upstream solutions including Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP).

Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Ariba solution designs.

Configure and customize SAP Ariba modules, ensuring they meet client needs and best practices.

Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training to ensure successful project delivery.

Support the design and implementation of end-to-end Ariba solutions for clients.

Manage and execute Ariba Upstream implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Ariba solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) and third-party systems.

Perform data migration tasks, including master data mapping and validation.

Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP Ariba and recommend improvements for existing processes.

Provide post-implementation support and enhancements for ongoing Ariba solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as an SAP Ariba Consultant with a focus on Ariba Upstream modules (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle Performance).

Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba Upstream Implementation Projects, including full project lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, implementation, go-live, support).

Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.

Expertise in configuring Sourcing, Contract Management, and SLP modules in Ariba.

Ability to interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Knowledge of Ariba integration with other SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to lead and manage client expectations in a fast-paced project environment.
