Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fiber Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in low voltage systems, field service, and telecommunication, along with mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work Assigned for Fiber Team (New connection, Fiber correction, Fiber box details, Power correction, Fiber cut, interlink work)
• Update customer details and box details in Scribble Maps
• Instruct Fiber details to the Fiber team through a phone call
• To enter the customer's ONU MAC ID, Location, and Area in Jaze software
• Enter customer details in the Tech support software
• Saturday and Sunday schedule work
• Materials handling. I Splitters, Big joint box, Small joint box, Sleve, tag, clip, tap and patch card.)
• Ticket Handling
• Daily Work Report
• Update the new connection work status in CRM
• Appointment call for new connection
• Attendance maintenance
• To monitor the whole fiber team
• Anytime support to the fiber team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
