Profile Requirement:
- Good Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Good logical reasoning & analytical skills.
- Able to interact with customers via chat, should be able to answer servicing questions.
Job Details:
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Testing and fixing issues and downtime
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced) can apply.
- Candidates less than 25 years of age can apply.
