Location: Kangayam & Coimbatore    Reports to: Head of Department/Principal

Responsibilities:

Teaching and Academic Excellence:

Deliver engaging lectures, lead discussions, and facilitate innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.

Contribute to curriculum development, course design, and assessment strategies.

Research and Scholarly Activity:

Conduct cutting-edge research in the respective field, publish research articles in reputable journals, and secure research grants.

Mentor research scholars and students, fostering a culture of research and intellectual inquiry within the department.

Accreditation and Quality Assurance:

Lead and actively participate in the accreditation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.

Collaborate with colleagues to implement quality assurance measures, assess program outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.

Student Engagement and Mentorship:

Engage students in research projects, mentorship programs, and extracurricular activities to enhance their overall academic and personal development.

Provide academic and career guidance, supporting students in their pursuit of excellence and success.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

Foster interdisciplinary collaborations within the department and across departments to promote a holistic and integrated approach to education and research.

Professional Development:

Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in the field through continuous professional development activities.

Engage in activities that contribute to the growth and visibility of the department and the institution.

Qualifications: Full time UG & PG relevant to the requirement with Ph.D. from a recognized university is a must.

Minimum of 12 years of teaching and research experience in a reputed academic institution of which 5 years must be post PhD.

Strong commitment to high-quality teaching, research, and academic leadership.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
