Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Executive for a full-time, mid-level position at our headquarters in Perur, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 6 years of professional experience to strategically manage HR operations in alignment with our institutional policies. The professional will lead various HR initiatives while enhancing our workforce capabilities in line with our commitment to quality education and ethical practices.


Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the educational sector, showcasing a strong understanding of diverse HR functions.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition that aligns with organizational culture and demands (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems to ensure effective recruitment workflows and candidate management.
  • Experience in managing performance management systems to promote and track employee performance effectively.
  • Sound understanding of compensation and benefits management to provide competitive and fair employee packages.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement talent acquisition processes that meet institutional demands and culture.
  • Manage applicant tracking system processes ensuring efficient recruitment and selection.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Oversee performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate on constructing fair and competitive compensation and benefits structures.
