Job Summary: The Admin – HR Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative operations within the organization, with a focus on human resources and facility management. This role involves overseeing various administrative tasks, supporting HR functions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of facilities and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment, job postings, resume screening and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with employee’s onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee’s personnel records and ensure HR policies and procedures.
- Respond employee queries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
Administrative & Facility:
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on day-to-day tasks and priorities.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of office facilities, including building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities.
- Coordinate office renovations, repairs, and maintenance activities as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for facility-related services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement emergency preparedness procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must have an MBA in HR (Full Time), from a premier School, having relevant prior experience of 10 years.
- Should have good experience in Liasioning with Anna University, Dr. MGR Medical University, DME, Govt. depts like Police, Tahsildar, Electricity, Telephone etc.
- Proven experience in administrative management, with a focus on HR and facility operations.
