Compliance and Accreditation
Academic Program Management:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs.
- Collaborate with department heads and faculty members to ensure the curricula meet academic standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of academic programs and suggest improvements.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Ensure that all academic policies are aligned with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with changes in higher education regulations, accreditation requirements, and institutional policies.
- Support the enforcement of academic policies, including grading, assessment, and academic integrity.
Faculty Support:
- Provide administrative support to faculty, including scheduling courses, managing resources, and facilitating communication.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of academic staff.
- Serve as a liaison between faculty and administration to foster positive working relationships.
Student Support:
- Assist students with academic advising, course selection, and navigating academic regulations.
- Help resolve academic-related student issues and complaints.
- Support the development of student academic success initiatives.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze academic data to inform decision-making and improve program quality.
- Prepare reports for academic performance, program reviews, and accreditation.
- Maintain records related to student progress, faculty performance, and program outcomes.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with other administrative departments to support academic goals.
- Foster effective communication between faculty, students, and administrative staff.
- Represent the academic department in meetings, committees, and at external academic conferences.
