Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring timely hiring of quality resources that meet the specification as per the staffing plan
  2. Independently responsible for overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements and finalizing candidates
  3. Prepare SOPs for each department and ensuring the compliance of SOPs and company policies.
  4. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  5. Research and construct a rewards and recognition program
  6. Managing the payroll system.
  7. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.  

          

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Candidate must have MBA in HR (Full Time), from a premier School, having relevant prior experience of 4-6 years.
  • The candidate should have a background of having worked in industry where there is a large workforce of 500+ employees.
  • Hands on experience in Payroll processing.
  • Good analytical and planning skills.
  • Should have good leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and & other statutory acts



Preference will be given for FEMALE Candidates and Immediate Joiners.
