We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager Surveillance to join our team at CheckTech InfoComm & Power LLP in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in surveillance or security management
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, equipment, and technologies
  • Proficiency in CCTV operations and access control systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze surveillance data
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage the surveillance operations of the company
  • Develop and implement surveillance strategies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Monitor surveillance systems and investigate any suspicious activities or incidents
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address security concerns
  • Provide training and guidance to the surveillance team members
  • Prepare and present reports on surveillance activities, incidents, and trends
  • Stay updated with the latest surveillance technologies and recommend improvements
  • Manage the budget and resources for the surveillance department
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all surveillance-related matters
