·              To persuade important corporate clients to bring business to hotel.

·              To liase with individual clients – hotel.

·              To bring about efficient sales – for sales follow –ups.

·              To divided the city into different areas and divisions to facilitate easy sales calling

·              To allocate different accounts to Sales Executives for effective handling of sales.

·              To monitor the Daily, weekly, monthly reports generated.

·              To prepare sales call sheets.

·              To publicize the Priority Club and bring in members.

·              To provide clients with details of Bass Hotels & Resorts in India.

·              To formulate tariffs, rates, discounts in line with individuals & corporate.

·              To action plan sales call, negotiations closing and follow up.

·              To organize sales blitz.

·              To follow up & maintain Public Relations with clients.

·               To make SWOT analysis and be aware of competition.

·              To keep updated data on the computers for quick reference.

·              To handle the correspondence for PR.

·              To co-ordinate effectively with Banquet, Front Office and F&B to enable guest  

           satisfaction .

·              To handle different types of parties hosted by sales, corporate parties etc.

·              To take care of Reservations and bookings on Holidex.

·              To make different types of bookings like conventions, groups, crews, exhibitions             .  etc., and their rates available

·              To make creative promotional events like Food Festivals etc.

·              To prepare strategies to promote sales.

·              To ensure that each sales executive gets his/ her sales kit.

·              To update the Hotel on the latest corporate information on Holiday Inn Hotels from

  time to time.

·              To make out a lobby duty schedule for sales executives.

·              To device & implement special files, brochures, complimentaries etc.

·              To co-ordinate with Bass Hotels & Resorts Sales & marketing Offices / Asia Pacific.

·              To prepare business plans for the Hotel.

·              To prepare the annual sales budgets.
