Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at The Chancery Pavilion (Bangalore). As a Marketing Manager (Hotels), you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our hotel and drive bookings. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be commensurate with experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and distribution channels.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the hotel and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and PR campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing collaterals, presentations, and materials to support sales efforts.
- Conduct market research to gather insights and make informed decisions on marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online travel agencies.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives to optimize results and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the market.
