Job Overview
We are looking for a Head Catering Sales to lead our catering sales team at The Chancery Pavilion (Bangalore). This is a senior-level role with 7 to 10 years of experience. As the Head Catering Sales, you will be responsible for driving catering sales and revenue, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing the entire catering sales process. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in catering sales, with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the catering sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive catering sales and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the events team and culinary team, to ensure seamless execution of events
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in catering sales
