Ø Ensure Outstanding Customer care at all time.
Ø Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
Ø Responds to telephones and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
Ø I have that suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.
Ø Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
Ø Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
Ø I have that ability to resolve customer issue, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Ø Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guest preferences and special request.
Ø I always believe that build a Strong relationship and liaise with all other departments especially housekeeping, reservation etc.
Ø Cross check all billing instruction are correctly updated.
Ø Takes responsibility in the absence of the Duty Manager.
Ø As a Supervisor I always believe that, I’ve to be a role model, sharing my expertise continually inspiring the front office team.
Ø I’ve positive attitude and excellent communication skills, Experience of motivating and leading a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
