Senior engineering role responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the engineering department at The Chancery Pavilion (Bangalore). Full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with an emphasis on providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and industry standards

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the engineering department, ensuring all operations run smoothly
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Manage and coordinate projects, including renovations and new construction
• Supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support
• Monitor budget and expenses related to the engineering department
