- Develop Content from Raw PPTS, MAKE It standardized, and add animation effects, videos etc to make it understandable to users. Collaborate with the Business/operation team to design and develop program content of programs. Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs. Preparing content, release learning and development assignments, generating custom/standard reports and dashboard copy writing the content in vernacular languages. Creating a digital library of content . Implementing a Learning Management system.
Skills Required
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write and structure content clearly. Effective communication skills and the ability to express views and ideas both verbally and in writing well verse with content development, MIS preparation good knowledge of LMS tools and training methodsExperience of writing and re-versioning materials for the online environment and for a range of different audiences
