Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at CG-VAK Software & Exports Ltd. in Coimbatore. This full-time, hybrid position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns in data, enabling more effective lead generation strategies.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and their application in enhancing lead generation and customer acquisition processes.
  • Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and automation tasks to support lead generation efforts.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools to present data insights clearly and actionable for the marketing and sales teams.
  • Experience with predictive modeling to anticipate customer behavior and improve targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies to handle large datasets and extract valuable insights for lead generation.
  • Strong command of SQL for database management and extraction of relevant data for analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and engage with potential clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential key clients.
  • Analyze data to uncover opportunities for targeted lead generation and develop strategies to capture these leads.
  • Leverage statistical analysis and predictive modeling to optimize lead generation activities and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Utilize Python programming and big data technologies to automate and enhance lead generation processes.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights on lead generation performance to senior management.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of lead generation activities.
