Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations:
Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting and verifying entries.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare basic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Monitor and manage accounts payable/receivable transactions.
Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
