Position: Team Leader - Operations

Job Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Requirements:

Excellent English Communication

Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Typing)

Job purpose: To interact with client on a regular basis and to ensure that delivery standards are met as per requirement

Key Responsibilities:

First point of contact (SPOCs ) for clients and focus of the role is to provide excellence in customer service and to maximize the client experience.

Interaction with clients over the phone, in person or via email.

Delegate the task and set the deadlines and meet the TAT.

Documentation and Securing records from current customers.

Encourage, motivate and align the team with the organizational goals.

Conduct periodic performance review and create pleasant culture of rewards and recognitions.

Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual account support and liaison with internal processing staff.

Initiate process improvement by identifying service delivery gaps, offer solutions and successfully implement ideas to enhance product and services. 

Conduct employment verifications either through calls or online.

Generate reports from the information obtained through verifications and maintain confidentiality of both candidate and the clients.

Coordinate with HRs, Directors and other officials for the verification.

Handle client queries and escalation calls.

Ensure that the internal/external quality targets are met.
