Position: Learning & Development Executive

Job Location: Banashankari, Bangalore 

Requirements: 

Excellent English Communication – Voice. 

Roles and responsibilities:

- To manage end-to-end process training batch

- Must have exposure to conducting soft skills, process/product, and system training in any industry as a trainer

- Must have handled more than 10 batches (end-to-end process training)

- Coordinate with various departments for support for the successful completion of batch and refresher training

Technical skills/Education requirement:

- Graduate (any stream)

- Should be well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

- Should have excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
