Position: Finance & Billing - Lead 

Job Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and vendor payments.
• Perform advanced Excel functions to analyze billing data, create reports, and support decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing discrepancies with a logical, problem-solving mindset.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing workflows and improve efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and applicable regulations in billing operations.
• Act as a point of contact for the team, providing guidance and support for escalations.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and skillsets.

Key Requirements:

• Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is a must.
• Logical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical Approach: Ability to implement solutions that are effective and resource-efficient.
• Interpersonal Skills: Approachable and able to foster positive working relationships with the team and stakeholders.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in billing, invoicing, or finance operations is required.
