Requirements:
Good/Excellent English Communication – Voice.
Basic Computer Skill (Excel, Typing)
Job purpose: To interact with Candidates on a regular basis and to ensure that delivery standards are met as per requirement
Key Responsibilities:
• First point of contact (SPOC) for candidates and focus of the role is to provide excellence in customer service and to maximize the client experience.
• Conduct Interviews through calls or email/online.
• Documentation and securing records from entities along with coordinate with HRs, Directors and other officials for the interviews.
• Handle candidate queries and escalation calls.
• Ensure that the internal/external quality targets are met.
