The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
• Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
• Achieving sales targets on timely basis, attend sales reviews, prepare to meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing sales strategy plan; managing branch operations & ensuring coordination.
• Maintains and expands customer base and conducts client meetings to build and maintain rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities, customer-service standards; resolving problems; Implement proper and recommended customer service and regular follow-ups.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Support in brand promotion, marketing and related activities for enhancement of business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
