Job description
Key Responsibilities:
CFCICI, SR. BDE/ BDE, Liability Channel
In addition to any duties allocated by the Employer from time to time, SR.BDE/ BDE, position will involve the duties set out below:
• Achieving sales targets on timely basis, attend sales reviews, prepare to meet financial
objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing sales strategy plan and ensuring productivity, maintaining work quality, identifying trends; be updated of competitive companies.
• Maintains and expands customer base and conducts client meetings to build and maintain rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities, customer- service standards; resolving problems; Implement proper and recommended customer service and regular follow-ups.
• Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Support in brand promotion, marketing and related activities for enhancement of business.
Key Deliverables:
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets
- Develop and Implement field sales plan
- Effectively manage customers and their operations
- Responsible to provide quality service to the customers
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
- Coach, motivate and develop sales force
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years preferably in NBFC, Banking & Insurance (Assets & Liabilities) or retired professional from financial institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop himself/herself to the team
- Capacity to understand all sales functional areas including Customer relationship
- Candidate must be preferably from finance sector
- Own vehicle is necessary for this job.
