Job description

 Key Responsibilities:

CFCICI, SR. BDE/ BDE, Liability Channel

 In addition to any duties allocated by the Employer from time to time, SR.BDE/ BDE, position will involve the duties set out below:

 •  Achieving sales targets on timely basis, attend sales reviews, prepare to meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing sales strategy plan and ensuring productivity, maintaining work quality, identifying trends; be updated of competitive companies.

 • Maintains and expands customer base and conducts client meetings to build and   maintain rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities, customer-service standards; resolving problems; Implement proper and recommended customer service and regular follow-ups.

 • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Support in brand promotion, marketing and related activities for enhancement of business.

 

Key Deliverables:

·Ensure achievement of agreed targets

·Develop and Implement field sales plan

·Effectively manage customers and their operations

·Responsible to provide quality service to the customers

·Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies

·Coach, motivate and develop sales force


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

·2 to 10 years preferably in NBFC, Banking & Insurance (Assets & Liabilities)

·Demonstrated ability to lead and develop himself/herself to the team

·Capacity to understand all sales functional areas including Customer relationship

·Candidate must be preferably from finance sector

·Own vehicle is necessary for this job.
