Roles and Responsibilities

1. Develop vendors from various sources.

2. Process indent, inquiry, quotation.

3. Placing purchase order, follow up for achieving high quality supply from vendors.

4. Developing a material quality plan, carry out various tests on samples & maintain records.

5. Sourcing of new vendor development, negotiation on cost.

6. Materials / store management.

7. Interacting with user departments for analyzing the required materials.

8. Coordinating with the vendors for arranging supplier as per schedules and inventory management.

9. Preparing materials requirement plan for costly items.

10. Sourcing planning including current inventory and forecast demands, in collaboration with all suppliers.

11. Placing purchase order to selected vendor as per decided terms of payment, etc.

Eligibility Criteria

Ø Qualification background must be from mechanical engineering / diploma / Science background / BSC / MSC / IT / CS.

Ø Knowledge of Engineering items, packaging materials, logistics is mandatory.

Ø Candidates will be preferred from manufacturing / FMCG background.

Job location: Bandra (West), nearby station

Candidates with nearby resident are preferred.

Exp - 1- 5 years (Manufacturing/ Hotel Industry)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
