Shift Timings: 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM ISTJob Title: Manager / Senior Manager/AVP/VP -&nbsp;Private&nbsp;Equity Fund AccountingLocation: Hyderabad/Chennai/Vizag Brief JD:&nbsp;Private&nbsp;Equity Fund Accounting <ul><li>Maintaining books and records and calculating fund Net Asset Values;</li><li>Hands-on experience with various debt instruments like Bank Debts, High Yield Bonds, Distress securities, etc.</li><li>Preparing financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics;</li><li>Calculating carried interest/performance/incentive fees;</li><li>Preparing calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions, and equalizations;</li><li>Calculating allocations of income and expenses up to the different classes of limited partners of the&nbsp;private&nbsp;partnership investing funds.</li><li>Processing payments and other transactions;</li><li>Acting as a primary day-to-day contact with clients and other fund participants;</li><li>Experience using accounting applications (Investran)</li><li>Supervise staff, reviewing and signing off on work performed;</li><li>Work closely with the Investor Relations team to respond to investor queries and to disseminate capital activity and other investor notices;</li><li>Participating in projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business;</li><li>Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems.</li><li>Takes the initiative to ask questions and detect problems.</li><li>Team-oriented and demonstrates a strong work ethic.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li></ul> I hope you have a great day,
