Field sales  

Key responsibilities:


1. Identifying a list of doctors who have the potential to prescribe Cermax range of products

2. Meeting the listed doctors at right frequency, and ensuring total coverage

3. Carrying our brand promotion through promotional inputs as per the prescribing habits of the doctors

4. Following up on the ROI with the KOLs and KBLs

5. Monitoring stock movement from stockist to retailer

6. Conducting OPD camps at selected hospitals

7. Working on personal order booking and store location updating on a daily basis to ensure product availability and ensure awareness among doctors and patients

8. Visiting retailers and briefing out products on promotion, new products and ensuring availability

9. Working on timely reporting of the activities through the instant reporting system

10. Working on the collection of stock and sales statements safeguarding and maintaining the company

11. Using promotional tools

12. Having accountability

13. Working on achievement of target; month-wise and brand wise

14. Working on conversion of VDL doctors to OP, MP and RP

15. Ensuring the availability of products


Required:


1. Proficiency in English and Kannada Language is must

Two wheeler and valid driving license mandatory

Petrol allowance

Variable pay
