Designation – Accounts Officer

Experience – 4 to 6 years in Accounting, Taxation & Financial Planning Work in manufacturing industry preferable and Knowledge of Tally, Excel & SAP

Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce / Finance Stream

Job Description Summary -

·        Reconciliation of general ledger accounts including payables & receivables

·        Preparation of bank reconciliation statements, accounting reconciliation procedures, invoicing & payments

·        Bookkeeping entries & closing the books on a monthly basis & prepare financial reporting

·        Preparing invoices, managing cash & bank book, looking after banking matters

·        Understanding of GST & TDS, proficient with TDS & GST calculation, making payment & return filling, including submissions of tax reports

·        Accounting for sales, purchase, expenses, reconciliation, salary processing, balance sheet finalization

·        Travel expense process & reimbursement on TAT without audit discrepancies.

·        Supplier ledger account is tallied with supplier statement & paid against the approved reconciliation

·        Make all cheque payments, cash payments & journal vouchers with proper & detailed explanation

·        Month end closure of accounts including preparation of journal entries, debit notes, credit notes, receipt & payment entries, account reconciliations & variance analysis

·        Reconciliation of bank, credit card & credit accounts, resolving discrepancies to keep accounts audit-ready for financial reporting

·        Co-ordination & preparation of data as per the requirement of auditors & co-ordination with Internal Audit team to clearing audit query

·        Data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation, etc.

Salary CTC – Upto Rs.40000/‐ per month or commensurate with experience
