Experience in Accounting, Taxation, Financial Planning & Analysis and Sound Knowledge of Tally & Advance Excel

Qualification – Graduate / Post Graduate In commerce / finance stream i.e.B.Com / M.Com / MBA / Inter CA   

Job Description Summary

·        Reconciliation & analysis of general ledger accounts including payables & receivables

·        Preparation of bank reconciliation statements, accounting reconciliation procedures, invoicing & payments financial reporting

·        Bookkeeping entries & closing the books on a monthly basis & prepare financial reporting

·        Preparing invoices & managing cash & bank book, looking after banking matters.

·        Understanding of GST & TDS, proficient with TDS & GST calculation, making payment & return filling, including submissions of tax reports

• Accounting for sales, purchase, expenses, reconciliation, salary processing, balance sheet finalization
• Travel expense process & reimbursement on TAT without audit discrepancies.
• Supplier ledger account is tallied with supplier statement & paid against the approved reconciliation 

·        Make all cheque payments, cash payments & journal vouchers with proper & detailed explanation

• Month end closure of accounts including preparation of journal entries, debit notes, credit notes, receipt & payment entries, account reconciliations & variance analysis
• Reconciliation of bank, credit card & line of credit accounts, resolving discrepancies to keep accounts audit-ready for financial reporting 
• Co-ordination & preparation of data as per the requirement of auditors & co-ordination with Internal Audit team to clearing audit query

Salary CTC – Upto Rs.30000/- per month or commensurate with experience

Week off – Sunday
