Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for assisting with various procurement activities. This is a full-time, junior-level position that involves managing supply chain processes, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring efficient inventory management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in procurement (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals and terms with vendors
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Experience in vendor management, including assessing and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Proficient in inventory management to ensure stock levels are maintained and shortages are avoided
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services necessary for daily operations
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules with vendors
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality supply of goods and services
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent shortages
  • Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential opportunities for cost savings
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their procurement needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities
