The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, and a keen eye for detail, and be adept at coordinating with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in statistical analysis (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with machine learning techniques and tools to optimize purchasing decisions
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools to present procurement data effectively
• Skilled in predictive modeling for forecasting procurement needs and trends
• Experience handling big data in procurement and supply chain management
• Solid understanding of SQL for managing procurement databases
• Adept at data mining techniques to uncover insights from procurement data

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely availability of materials
• Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate supplier performance and optimize procurement strategies
• Utilize machine learning to predict trends and improve purchasing decisions
• Prepare detailed data visualizations to present purchasing data and insights to management
